Use the distance formula to find the length of each segment then add all three of the segment lengths up:
The picture does not match the coordinates that you have given. It looks like x is (0, -1), y is (-3, 3), and z is (5, 3). Anyway, whatever they are, take two points at a time and use the equation above to solve for the length of the segment between those two points.
