Business and Technical Communication is a course I would to choose to take in an online format for the following reasons.
- A majority of businesses operate, sell and provide their products or services, online and across the web
- Customers look for businesses online, engage with company content, read user reviews, and make purchases online
- B2B & B2C communications occur in a digital format or platform, consider channels like email, messengers, and online forms
- Taking a course that requires using video meeting tools, like Zoom or Google Meet, provide the professional training needed to hold your own future remote meetings with clients and coworkers once you enter the workforce
- Learn the basics of how to screen share, facilitate meetings, and give presentations from your computer (*Requires different skills than performing these tasks in-person)
Ultimately, today's businesses and customers are online, so you should be too.
