Please check the formatting of your question. I think you mean pi/2<t<pi which would be the second quadrant on the unit circle. You can use your calculator to find the arctan of the given value. Then add pi or 180 to the result depending on if your calculator is in radian or degree mode respectively. This is the angle value for t which you can then use to calculate the rest of the answers.
The reason for this is because your calculator will only give arctan answers in the first and fourth quadrants.
