One of the properties of logarithms is that logb(m/n) = logb(m) - logb(n)
Applying this property to logb(5/3) means logb(5/3) = logb(5) - logb(3)
Substituting that logb(3) = 0.5 and logb(5) = 0.7 we get logb(5/3) = 0.7 - 0.5 therefore logb(5/3) = 0.2
