Therefore Angle Q = 90 (tangent to circle)
Angle P + Angle O + Angle Q = 180
18 + x + 90 = 180
x = 180 - 108

Since PQ is tangent to the circle, it will form a right angle with the radius of the circle. Thus, angle ∠PQO=90°. Now we have 2 out of 3 angles in the triangle, so to find ∠x° we can subtract the other two angles from 180°. So ∠x°=180-90°-18°=72°.
