The easiest way to find the equation is to evaluate the expression 2x + 5y for x = 2 and y = -1
2x + 5y = 2*2 +5*(-1) = 4 - 5 = -1
Hence the equation will be 2x +5y = -1
We can also convert it to the slope-intercept form, obtaining y = - (2/5) x - (1/5)
