C final = 0.0225M

C initial = 0.3M

t2 = 650.0 s

t1 = 5.0 s

Average rate = 0.0225 - 0.3/650 - 5.0

Average rate = -4.34 x 10-4 M s-1

the negative signs indicates the NO is decomposing.
