Statistic question

Assume that adults have IQ scores that are normally distributed with a mean of 98.9 and a standard deviation. Find the first quartile 22.9, which is the IQ score separating the bottom 25% from the top

Did something get a bit garbled in copying the problem? Should it read, "a mean of 98.9 and a standard deviation of 22.9", or, perhaps, did you not copy over the standard deviation?
