Any way to search for more specific tutors such as e.g. a SAT Writing Tutor who majors in English or a SAT Writing Tutor who majors in English at XYZ University?

Unless a tutor has the specific University on their title, you would need to look into their bio for this detail. However, my advice on the rest would be that you could search for "SAT English" or "SAT Writing" and include in your description what are the qualifications or experience you prefer your tutor has. My educated guest us that most tutors who have SAT on their subjects have majored in English.
