Tutor responds with wrong answers

What happens if a tutor does not listen to what the professor states is incorrect? I had a tutor who was wrong on the entire assignment and got charged twice.

Hi Cheryl, I'm sorry to hear about that and unfortunately I can't do anything about that. I can't speak for other tutors But since I am a professor I respect what your professor is teaching you. I would emphasize the topics and explanations of the concepts as they were taught by your professor. My purpose this could help you understand those ideas.
