O3 (ozone) has resonance structures and is sp2 hybridized. It has a bent trigonal pyramidal molecular structure and is a polar molecule.
OF2 does not have any resonance structures and is sp3 hybridized. It has a bent molecular geometry and is a polar molecule.
So, similarities are they are both polar molecules and both contain oxygen.
Differences are the hybridization and the molecular geometry.
