A class of students gathered data concerning which canteen foods were most often thrown in garbage. As a result of these efforts, certain items were removed from the regular menu.

We can create the sample recycle bins represnting all packaged food in the canteen, and advice the studdents to litter accordinly for the sample data collection for the give time. These bins can be analyzed later.
