Density = mass / volume
We know the density and we can calculate the volume from the dimensions of the bar.
volume of the bar = L x W x H = 4 cm x 2.2 cm x 14.0 cm = 123.2 cm3
Now we can solve for mass (grams)
Density = mass / volume
2.7 g / cm3 = mass / 123.2 cm3
mass = 2.7 g / cm3 x 123.2 cm3 = 332.64 g = 330 g (2 sig. figs.)
