You can't calculate part (b), the actual yield. That is something that is experimentally determined, or the value must be provided to you in the question.
2H2 + O2 ==> 2H2O ... balanced equation
a). 9 g H2 x 1 mol H2 / 2 g x 2 mol H2O / 2 mol H2 x 18 g H2O / mol = 81 g H2O produced (theoretical yld)
b). actual yield = 73 g (given in the question)
c). % yield = actual / theoretical (x100%) = 73 g / 81 g (x100%) = 90% yield
