A figure is located at (2, 0), (2, −2), and (6, 0) on a coordinate plane. What kind of 3-D shape would be created if the figure was rotated around the x-axis? Include the dimensions of the 3-D shape in your explanation.

Three corners and (2,0) above (2,-2) shows that this is a right triangle with legs 2 and 4. (from 2 to 6 on the x-axis)

IF you rotate this about the X-axis, you are going to get a cone with a circular base of area 4pi and a height of 4m.
