The partial pressure of each gas is simply the total pressure x the % for each gas.
The % for helium is 100% - the sum of the other gases.
%He = 100 - (13.22 + 23.02) = 63.76%
Partial pressure of oxygen = 13.22% x 172.74 mm Hg = 22.84 mm Hg
Partial pressure of argon = 23.02% x 172.74 mm Hg = 39.76 mm Hg
Partial pressure of helium = 63.76% x 172.74 mm Hg = 110 mm Hg
