Use Ideal gas law PV/T=constant thus P1V1/T1=P2V2/T2. Since volume is constant V1=V2 and the equation becomes P1/T1=P2/T2. Rearrange to show P1T2/T1= P2. Temperatures must be in absolute thus T1=46.4+273.2=319.6 K and T2=12.8+273.2= 286K. Solve to find P2= 607.3*286/319.6= 543.5 torr
