Since AC:CB = 4:1, the distance from C to B is 1/4 the distance from A to C.
A(0,4), C(8,-2)
add 1/4 of the distance between A to C x and y coordinates to C x and y coordinates to get B x and y coordinates:.
x distance between A and C is 8. Add 1/4 that distance (2) to C x coordinate get B x coordinate (10)
y distance between A and C is -6. Add 1/4 that distance (-1.5) to C y coordinate get B y coordinate for B (-3.5).
B is (10,-3.5)
