Polar coordinates are (r, θ), where r = 7 and θ = 3π/2
Rectangular coordinates are (x, y) where x = rcosθ = 7cos(3π/2) = 7(0) = 0 and
y = rsinθ = 7sin(3π/2) = 7(-1) = -7
So, (x, y) = (0, -7)
