asked 04/08/22The height, h, of the piston in a car engine is given by h = sin x + √(16-cos^2), where 𝑥 is the angle of rotation of the crankshaft. Determine a formula for the velocity of the piston.

h = sin(x) + sqrt(16-cos2(x))
v = dh/dt = (cos(x) + cos(x)(sin(x)/sqrt(16-cos2(x))) dx/dt I didn't want to rewrite this. Please check it yourself as there are sign changes and multiplying and dividing by 2.
You have to be given dx/dt = ω to solve.
