Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
y+2 = -2(x+2) in point slope form
y = -2x -4 -2
y = -2x -6 in slope intercept form, -2 = slope, -6 = y intercept

So always remember y=mx + b where m is slope and b is y intercept. now you already know that m= -2. and to find b you can take your time and visualize where the y intercept is by going from (-2, -2). down 2 and to the right 1. or up two and to the left one.
from there you would find the three coordinates to be (-1, -4) and (0,-6) and (-3,0).
making the y-intercept 6[ (0,6) ].
however this will only work for linear equations. you can also just plug and chug. where y=mx + b and y=-2 m=-2 and x = -2 giving -2=-2(-2) +b and solving gives b=-6.
I hope both explanations help you answer the problem and that my work is correct.
y= -2x -6
y= - 2(x+3),
2x + y + 6 = 0
