The only net ionic equation that shows that a reaction does not occur is #1, as shown below. I don't know how you can circle the net ionic equation because all are spectator ions and there is no net ionic equation.
1). Ba(NO3)2(aq) + 2KI(aq) ==> BaI2(aq) + 2KNO3(aq) ... molecular equation
Ba2+(aq) + 2NO3-(aq) + 2K+(aq) + 2I-(aq) => Ba2+(aq) + 2I-(aq) + 2K+(aq) + 2NO3-(aq) ... ionic eq.
Ba2+(aq) + 2NO3-(aq) + 2K+(aq) + 2I-(aq) => Ba2+(aq) + 2I-(aq) + 2K+(aq) + 2NO3-(aq) .. net ionic NR
2). Ba(NO3)2 (aq) + NiSO4 (aq) ==> BaSO4(s) + Ni(NO3)2(aq) ... molecular equation
Ba2+(aq) + 2NO3-(aq) + Ni2+(aq) + SO42-(aq) ==> BaSO4(s) + Ni2+(aq) + 2NO3-(aq) .. ionic equation
Ba2+(aq) + SO42-(aq) ==> BaSO4(s) ... net ionic equation
You do the rest. I've given you the molecular equations. You should be able to do ionic and net ionic.
3). Ba(NO3)2 (aq) + K2CrO4 (aq) ==> BaCrO4(s) + 2KNO3(aq)
4). AgNO3 (aq) + KI (aq) ==> AgI(s) + KNO3(aq)
5). AgNO3 (aq) + NiSO4 (aq) ==> Ag2SO4(s) + Ni(NO3)2(aq)
6). 2AgNO3 (aq) + K2CrO4 (aq) ==> Ag2CrO4(s) + 2KNO3(aq)
