The circle in the following figure is centered at the point S, and the points L, M, N, Q and R lie on its circumference. In degrees, what is the measure of the minor arc NR?

The only thing that I, or any other tutor, can tell you without a sketch is that the measure of the minor arc NR will be the same as the measure of the central angle NSR.
I assume you understand that 'minor' arc means the 'short way around' as opposed to any major are which means the 'long way around'. Also a major arc would be designated with 3 letters rather than 2.
