Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
P(odd green) =3/6 = 1/2
P(3 or 6 on red) = 2/6 = 1/3
Pr(odd green and 3 or 6 on red) = 1/2 x 1/3 = 1/6
"multiple of 3 is a little ambiguous. It usually means an integer multiple which would include 1x3 =3 or 2x3 =6 for a die. If you allowed any integer or non-integer multiple, that would include 1 through 6 as outcomes, but that's likely not what's intended in the problem. Mathematically, integer multiples would be just 3 and 6. But in a more non-math meaning, it might refer only to the 6, as 3 is not a "multiple" of itself, in a more lay sense of the word.
