This will depend on the temperature and the pressure. I'll assume STP (standard temperature of 298K and standard pressure of 1 atm).
At STP, 1 mol of any ideal gas = 22.4 L
3.061 g O2 x 1 mol O2 / 32 g = 0.09566 moles O2
0.09566 mols O2 x 22.4 L / mol = 2.143 L
