A bag contains 9 red marbles, 5 white marbles, and 9 blue marbles. You draw 4 marbles out at random, without replacement. Give all answers as a decimal rounded to four places.

the probability of drawing all white marbles on 4 draws is
P(3W) = 5/23 x 4/22 x 3/21 x 2/20= 120/23(22)(21)(20) = 120/212520= about 0.000565 = 0.0006 rounded to 4 decimal places
which also = 0.0565% rounded to 4 decimal places

Where did the last 2/21 come from? and why wouldn't be 2/20 instead ?
