We can use the distance formula between the center and that point to find the radius. Recall that the formula for the distance between two points is:
d = √((x2 - x1)2 + (y2 - y1)2)
Plugging in our points, we have:
d = √((-3-2)2 + (3-(-1))2) = √(25 + 16) = √41
So the radius is √41!
