The reason David W commented "Well, which is it?" is because you wrote "divided by" by pasted a picture that shows "multiply". I'm going to assume that it's "multiply".
This problem is ALL ABOUT FACTORING.
Factor each of the quadratics in the numerators and factor the binomial in the denominator. Then you can cancel out terms that are the same on top and bottom. Remember in that multiplication of fractions, you multiply straight across so that everything that is on top ends up multiplied all together and everything on the bottom gets multiplied all together. Like this:
You can usually leave the answer like this but there is nothing wrong with multiplying it out if you wish.
