Using linear regression on the TI-84 calculator, I got a slope of .05 This means that for each extra hour (I assume hours the units are not give) you study you can expect a 0.05 increase in your GPA.

I got basically the same with my Ti-86. m = 0.04777, which most of the people posting need rounded to 3 or 4 significant digits. say 0.048 or 0.0478. instead of 2 sig digits (0.05). Some instructors are picky when they specify those digits Gia, you should mention it in your questions.02/24/22
