b)What is the probability that at least 82 customers are satisfied with the food quality?

c) What is the probability that the sample proportion of customers who are satisfied with the food quality is between 82% and 90%?

Nice work, good use of continuity correction to apply a continuous distribution (normal) to a discrete distribution (binomial). BUT - you made an error in the third line. We are using standard deviation , not standard error. sd or s or sigma are calculated by the formula you gave. that is correct. But it is not the standard deviation of the mean (standard error) we are calculating but the standard deviation. Cheers.
