is it better for people with dyslexia easier to learn Roman numerals than original numbers? Is it easier for them to learn how to recognize the ruler or a clock.?

If you are having trouble with dyslexia, that would address words. About 1/3 of words are not spelled like they sound. But many are and Penny is correct they are phonologically studied including prefixes, suffixes and root words.
Perhaps you are talking about dyscalculia which is difficulty studying numbers and mathematics. OK well, let us know!
Dyslexia is a phonological processing disorder. It has nothing to do with reading clocks, rulers, or numbers. Learning the most commonly used number system in the student's community would be easiest. In the United States, that means Arabic numbers.
