First you should plot your triangle on a graph to get an idea of what you are dealing with.
Use the distance formula to find the length of the sides of the triangle between each pair of coordinates.
Use the slope formula to find the slopes of each side of the triangle between each pair of coordinates.
If the lengths of all the sides are the same, it is equilateral; if two sides are the same length it is isosceles; if none of the sides are the same length - it is scalene. If the product of the slopes of two adjacent sides is -1, then those sides are perpendicular and the triangle is a right triangle.
