Do you have any other information for each of those samples? You need two variables to make most graphs, unless it's a simple bar chart. To make a bar chart you just need a column for each number in the range of your sample: (12-21) for your data. The height of each column is the number of times you have that number in your sample. Looks like you either have 1 or 2 of each number in the range. Then look at the shape of the graph to describe the distribution of your data. I'll let you do that part, since it's pretty simple.
