Just use the Law of Sines and completely ignore triangle DEF.
Sin(A)/a = Sin(B)/b = Sin(C)/c
All you need in order to use the Law of Sines is an angle, the length of the side opposite the angle, and one other measurement (angle or side length) in the triangle.
Sin(29)/10 = Sin(U)/15
Solve for U:
U = sin-1(15sin(29)/10) = 46.65
