translate that math gobbledigook into an English description -- it it (a dilation), (a rotation by 90.degrees. followed by a dilation), or what? You can have the math in there, it's just good to clue us scientists in who used other terminologies, perhaps, in our classes. Note: for this problem, and any future ones, please!
