If you want to add all the hydrogens, simply do say such that each carbon has 4 bonds. I'm too lazy to do that.
Hexanol has a 6 carbon chain (hex) and the -ol ending tells us it is an alcohol (OH). The OH goes on carbon #2. The 4-methyl tells us to put a methyl group (-CH3) on C#4.
