For comparing means between two independent samples you can use the two sample t-test. For comparing means between more than two independent samples you would use Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).

No. I have replicates for one of my conditions but I do NOT have replicates for the other one. So a two-sample t test will not work. (Or will it?)01/25/22
