Simple, order the set

Find out how many datapoints are equal to or less than 70. (the answer is 23)
There are 27 data points in the data set.
Divide 23 by 27 and this is the percentile that you ocupy.
So you would be 23/27 or 85th percentile.
This is of course for the population of the classroom.
