In general, y = aCosb(x-c) + d

a = amplitude = 2

b = 2pi/period = 2pi/pi = 2

c = phase shift = 0

d = vertical shift = 5

Note that the high will be 7 and the low will be 3 which is 2 up and 2 down from the midline.
