I will define c = pounds of chocolate used.
Weight of snack mix = c + 25. (25 pounds of trail mix used!)
Also note that chocolate is $19.1/pound, trail mix is $3.9/pound, and the snack mix total is $9.6/pound.
Set up equation:
So 19.1c + 3.9 (25) = 9.6 (c + 25)
Solve:
19.1c + 97.5 = 9.6c + 240
9.6 c = 142.5
c = 14.84 pounds
