When is the One-tailed t-Test the appropriate choice?

1. I will explain the purpose and function of t-Tests (compare two means scores)
2. Explain that the probability value .05 is applied directionally - exclusively one direction (higher or lower than the second group's mean score as stated in the Research Question and the Hypothesis Statement.
3. Provide one example of each (1) higher than second group and (2) lower than second group.
