asked 12/15/21How do i find the missing base?
I have a trapezoid. The small base is 60in. The legs are each 30in. The height is 24in. The angles of the small base and legs are 135degrees. How do I find the length of the large base?

Make a right isosceles triangle on the left and right parts of the trapezoid by drawing a vertical line.
Since the isosceles triangles sides are equivalent, that means the base of the triangle is 24 inch. Because you made two right isosceles triangles, the others base will be 24 as well.
Now add the base of the rectangle andyou get, 24+24+60= 108 in
