The slope of the line passing through points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). Use that formula to find the slope between the two given points.
The slope of the line perpendicular to that line is the negative reciprocal of that slope, e.g., if the slope of the line is 2, then the slope of the line perpendicular to it is -1/2.
