You can see that this is a right triangle and that the side lengths are 9 and 18. Since the hypotenuse is twice the length of the short leg of 9, this means this is the special right triangle that we call a 30*-60*-90* triangle. the 30* angle is always on the other end from the shortest side, which in this case is the 9 side.
So the answer to your question is 30 degrees.
