Write balanced chemical equation for the reaction that occur between hydrochloric acid and magnesium carbonate.

A 6.54  sample of a mixture of magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate is treated with excess hydrochloric acid. The resulting reaction produces 1.74  of carbon dioxide gas at 29  and 741  pressure.

Calculate the total number of moles of carbon dioxide that forms from these reactions.
