NEED ASAP!! let f(x)= x^4- 7x^3 +13x^2+3x-18. READ BELOW

f(x) = x4- 7x3 +13x2+ 3x -18. Given that 3 is a zero of f with multiplicity 2, solve the equation x4 -7x3 +13x2 +3x -18 =0
