So, just write the ionic forms of A and B together as follows:
K+(aq) + NO3-(aq) + NH4+(aq) + Br-(aq) ... after mixing A and B
You can see that all reactants are aqueous, and any products that could possibly form would also be aqueous. That is, you could form KBr and NH4NO3, both of which are soluble (aq), or you could reform KNO3 and NH4Br, also all soluble.
Thus, THERE IS NO PRECIPITATE AND NO REACTION. So, there is no net ionic equation.
