When I sketch this out, I have θ in quadrant III with adj side = -2, and opp = -5. tan θ = (-5) / (-2) = 5/2.
Now we must find hypotenuse: hyp2 = 4 + 25 and hyp = √29. csc θ = 1 / sin θ = hyp/opp = - √29 /5.
