I think we need to know the standard reduction potentials for the 2 half reactions. That is, we need standard reduction potential for Cu2+ + 2e- ==> Cu(s) and for Cr2O72- ==> Cr3+ (Cr6+ + 3e- => Cr3+). You'll then need to use the Nernst equation.
