The way dna sequencing works A pairs with T and C pairs with G across the double helix to correspond.
So if you have:
CGCATTGG
The corresponding opposite would be:
GCGTAACC
The only difference with RNA synthesis is you would get U, or uracil to pair with A, instead of T.
So if it was RNA you would have for the first organisms corresponding:
GCGUAACC
